Fees & Rebates - Increase from 1st February 2026

Initial & Subsequent Individual and Couple sessions 50-60 minutes duration:

• Business hours (Tuesday toFriday 9am - 5pm) $280*
• After Hours (Tuesday & Thursday 5pm - 8pm & Saturday) $300

 

Small Groups (>6 participants)

• Fees based on the number of participants, Medicare Rebate available

 

Executive Coaching / Workplace Workshops

• Fees based on the service required and number of participants, includes GST Component. 

 

Please note:

• Australian Psychological Society (APS) suggested fee for standard 46-60 minute psychological consultation is $318 (July1, 2025 to June 30, 2026).
• Increased fees due to increase in CPI, Clinic overhead costs and APS suggested fees.
• Extra time will be charged accordingly.
• All fees are payable at the end of each session.

 

Rebates:

* Where applicable, Medicare Rebates and Private Health Insurance rebates may be available depending on the presenting issues.

To receive a Medicare Rebate on Individual therapy sessions, visit your GP prior to the initial session and arrange for a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) referral for Medicare Funded Individual Therapy session. Medicare Funded therapy sessions are valid for 12 months from date of the initial plan. Currently, you are entitled to 10 Individual sessions per calendar year and/or 10 Group sessions (ie: 1st January - 31st December).
