Fees & Rebates

From 12th February 2024, a small increase in scheduled fees in line with an increase in CPI, Clinic and overhead costs.

Initial & Subsequent Sessions 1 hour:

• Business Hours (Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm): $235*

• After Hours (Monday-Friday before 9am, after 5pm, Saturday): $260*

 

Small Groups (>6 participants)

• Fees based on the number of participants, less Medicare Rebate where applicable

 

Executive Coaching / Workplace Workshops

• Fees based on the service required and number of participants, includes GST Component.

 

Please note:

• Increase in fees due to recent increase in CPI, Clinic and overhead costs.
• Extra time allocated to the scheduled session will be charged accordingly.
• All fees are payable at the end of each session.

 

Rebates:

* Where applicable Medicare Rebates and Private Health Insurance rebates may be available depending on the presenting issues.

To receive the Medicare Rebate for psychological services, simply visit your GP prior to your session to arrange a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) for Medicare Funded Services referral. The Federal Government has reduced the number of Medicare Funded sessions avaiable in 2023 to 10, valid for a calendar year (ie: 1st January - 31st December).
